Upon arrival I was super excited to open them up.
I am very pleased to say that this is my first, but certainly not my last purchase through Burrfection. The experience was fantastic and highly recommend for anyone on the fence regarding customer service, or any hesitation to place your order!

On to the knives themselves. I ordered/kept three knives. All are of the Kaizen II line; Nakiri, Santoku and Petty. I only returned this Sujihiki due to my wife's wishes. She and I both are not professionals, and felt as if this knife would be too far above our skill level. Tasks we perform with food prep didnt require this style of knife. (I love this knife though. It looks and fells so good in the hand!!!)
It is just as comfortable and beautiful as the others I ordered.
The handles are very comfortable due to the oval-D shape. The blades are absolutely beautiful to me. They have seen much use already with mainly vegetable preparation and I look forward to having them for the rest of my life. I maintain them on a strop and clean after each use.
