Suehiro Cerax 1010 Whetstone #1000
Pickup currently unavailable
The Cerax 1000 has always been Ryky’s favorite soaking sharpening whetstones. They are fast cutting, and give great positive feedback, and slow wearing. These have been a top pick for 3 years in a row. This whetstone, paired with a good quality strop, will give any knife an edge suitable to be used in any kitchen. When using this whetstone, Ryky often finishes with the Suehiro Rika 5000, which is a soaking polishing whetstone.

If the stone’s performance is slowing down, or seems to be diminishing, you can clean using a rust eraser, nagura stone (included), dressing stone, or a flattening plate. Be sure to clean the entire surface of the whetstone when using any of these methods to ensure even wear of the whetstone’s surface.
I saw thos stone in burrfection youtube videos and its how he says, this stone works perfect with my knifes.
I bought them feom Spain.
A perfekt stone! Big, wide, nice feel, even quality. I really like this stone and use it on its own or combined with a 5000 stone to polish. I might get a 400 stone in the future but for now this is the one!
Knife was so sharp I cut three chickens heads off in one swing. What a mess.
