HASEGAWA produces and distributes mostly commercial-use kitchen wares in Japan. They began sales of cutting boards in 1992, and to date their products are well-loved by professionals worldwide. HASEGAWA's kitchenwares are highly valued for their sanitary management qualities, among restaurants, catering services, hotels and food factories.

Wash carefully after use. Avoid brushing hard when washing as it may lose its grip. Please stand it upright to dry well after washing to prevent mold and mildews. Keep away from fire or high temperature as it may deform or melt.

Best non-slip mat

This is the best non-slip mat I have used. I cut it into smaller strip as wide as my DMT diamond plate. It saves my hand from bruising and cut during sharpening as the plate doesn’t slip. Works a treat!
