Manyo Bamboo Sasara (Scrubbing Brush)

$8.99

This whisk-like scrubbing brush is made of natural bamboo. Tied up together with a copper wire, this finely split bamboo brush is traditionally (and still today) used by Japanese chefs to clean the inside of fish. However it also works brilliantly when it comes to cleaning pots and pans without damaging the surface. The brush can also be used to remove food residue from kitchen tools.
