Engineering, materials and thought

I have used this one time since my purchase two weeks ago. The materials are unlike anything I have ever used before and it is designed to work on the engineered surface of the cutting boards. I cut cucumbers and the green peel left some color on the cutting board. I could not get it clean due to the texture but I was able to get most of it off. I used the dishwasher and the color was gone. I’m sure I will use it again especially after the board ages and I would recommend it because the materials are unique.
