Pickup currently unavailable
Honenuki is an essential item in any Japanese kitchen, as fish bones are often meticulously removed before cooking. This is especially true for cuisines such as sushi, sashimi, or any kappo or kaiseki-styled cooking. This Kanto style Honenuki made by Sakai Takayuki is especially good at removing smaller bones on fish such as horse mackerel and sardines.

Care:
Wash and dry with a soft sponge, and safely store after use.
Very happy with the product, excellent quality. The price tag on the inside of the tweezers was a pain in the ass to get off, took upwards of 15 minutes. Definitely be put on the outside of the tweezer or use a higher quality tag that would peel right off and not leave adhesive. First world problems!
good quality and easy to take the bone off
