gyuto 240mm

Excellent knife - pure carbon - sharp as a razor - Keep it dry and wipe off , no soap/ water - maybe if cutting raw chicken -
Light comfortable - the handle has a plastic collar and a lip
you feel next tot he wood handle - not a big deal - for the price and for a handmade pure carbon knife it’s worth the price they ask - Just take care of it , keep
dry or dry just after use - no big deal - it’s worth the effort if you want to
own pure carbon

Moritaka Hamono Aogami #2 Gyuto

My first Japan Gyuto knife and I am really in shock. It is absolutely perfect. This is really piece of master art of Japan blacksmiths masters.

Sharpest knife I own. .

I really appreciate it's simplicity. The knife almost falls through the object I am cutting. I use it for everything I need to cut or chop here on my small farm. From butchering lamb to cutting bread. I know it has an intended purpose but it's size and shape lend it to most applications.
