Imanishi
Imanishi Whetstone WZ #400
Pickup currently unavailable
Ryky has tested dozens of whetstones in this grit category, and this is one of the best performing 400 grit whetstones. This whetstone is one of the faster cutting and slowest wearing 400 grit stones on the market. It has the natural feeling and feedback of a soaking whetstones, but wears like a splash-n-go. A fantastic whetstone for anyone who needs to sharpen really dull knives, or do minor fixes of chips on your knives’ cutting edge. This is the white version of the 400 “latte”
