This Petty knife uses VG10 as core steel, clad by 13-chrome stainless steel, it has achieved both professional sharpness, easy maintenance and superb affordability. It comes with a handle that's completely made of 18-8 stainless steel, which ensures maximum cleanliness and hygiene. The "Tornado" pattern provides a better grip and prevents wet or greasy hands from slipping off.

Care:
Wash and dry with a soft sponge, and safely store after use. Avoid cutting into bones, frozen foods, hard fruit pits.
Cutting Surface:
Recommended cutting surface: wood, rubberized boards and high-end composites, and quality plastics such as polyethene make acceptable cutting surfaces, and will help protect and prolong knife’s edge. AVOID glass, metal, countertops, and other rigid, non-forgiving surfaces.
Sharpening:
We recommend sharpening all quality Japanese knives on whetstones, as we believe they yield the best results for your knives.

Love it ! Super sharp. Just used a stropping leather and it's razor-sharp again. 2 weeks use as a professional chef.
Try it I really love it. I had the Jck gekko kagami Petty 135 before. It's also a great knife but this is a monster. I do many work with it. Can't get it in Germany so I ordered it here. But it was much cheaper.
