Razor sharp and beautiful!

What struck me first about this knife was its mass. It's extraordinarily light and easy to handle. The petty profile is a excellent and very comfortable compared to the typical paring knives I've previously used. The handle is beautiful and very comfortable.

This knife is not inexpensive but is well-worth the price if you don't mind keeping the razor-like san mai carbon steel cutting edge wiped down. I have a full carbon steel blade chef's knife from Burrfection that I also love, but this is easier to care for. I'm seriously considering buying a Mcusta Zanmai gyuto.

Its my first time with quality japanese knives, and I must say Im very satisfied.

Its a fine piece of craftmanship with excellent performance. You can appreciate all the time and effort that the artisans put on it.
